In the Russalt Society in Sol-Iletsk, Orenburg Region, one of the best salt miners, Honored Worker of the Industry, Sergey Panasenko, was solemnly celebrated on a well-deserved rest. People who have been working in salt mines for years are people of a special formation, accustomed to working in harsh conditions. They say about such “salt of the earth”: strong, responsible, courageous.

Honoring the outstanding employee of the industry, colleagues and management did not skimp on warm words and congratulations. For many years of conscientious work, mining machine operator Sergey Panasenko was presented with a valuable commemorative gift.

“Sergey Nikolaevich is a real man, a plowman!”

said the head of the mining section Konstantin Matveev about his colleague.

“A powerful, strong, healthy man, a hero who loves his work and gives himself completely to it. Pioneer of new horizons. Arrived at work half an hour before, never sat idle for a minute. He worked in harsh conditions, in a confined space, one on one with the breed. Himself a professional with a capital letter, he constantly taught the younger generation. Now these specialists proudly continue his work.

More than 1,200 people work at Russalt enterprises throughout Russia, but such people as Sergey Nikolaevich are in a special account – the whole team is equal to them. According to colleagues, he always acted twice as actively and faster, often performing real labor feats. So, in three years, he was able to prepare 8 chambers of a new horizon for clean excavation, providing a front of work for several years to come!

Over the years, Sergei Panasenko led the tunneling of mining and development workings of floors: -132/-160 meters, -185/-215 meters, -240/-270 meters. From October 2017 (the start of work on the excavation of mining and development workings of the floor -240/-270 meters) to April 2021, out of the workings actually completed to date on this floor (about 15,000 meters), Sergey Nikolayevich walked 12,000 meters. And today, all mining and preparation workings of the central section of the floor -240/-270 meters have been completely passed.

“Powerful labor resource, ability to work in a team, reliable friend”

this is how his colleagues speak about him.

“In her spare time, she likes to travel and beekeeping. In the family – a beloved father and grandfather, who, thanks to his upbringing, firmly put all his loved ones on their feet. With a sense of humor, sociable, attracts people to him. Long life and good health to you, Sergey Nikolaevich! Thank you for your work!
